Fingerprint Editions is an independent publisher, set up by women who write, to champion the work of bold women writers and daring readers. 

Why Now?

At a time when mainstream publishers often pay scant attention to works that aren’t guaranteed best-sellers, we believe there’s power in the unconventional. Too many writers, especially those from the margins, are overlooked. As a result, readers aren’t afforded a breadth of challenging work.

We are here to bridge that gap, offering a place for fearless voices to thrive.

As part of our community, you’ll experience something different. Our catalogue will feature works that are sometimes experimental, always authentic, and, at times, boundary-pushing.

On the publication of a new book, we’ll be hosting openings — immersive events that blend art, music, or theatre, which highlight the key themes of our works. 

In our community space, you’ll be able to join authors, experts, and fellow readers to explore books in even greater depth.
